Sniper’s Snapshot
Looking for a basketball program that goes beyond just drills? At the Arizona Snipers Sports Academy in Maricopa, Arizona, we’re all about building future stars on and off the court. Whether your child is an aspiring D1 prospect or just starting out, our highly experienced and dedicated coaches will ignite their passion for the game while teaching essential fundamentals. We believe in teamwork, community, and creating a growth mindset that extends far beyond the final buzzer.
The Arizona Snipers aren’t just about hoops. We prioritize academics and hold our players accountable in the classroom. Our coaches even do surprise in-school visits to celebrate academic achievements or offer support if needed. If our athletes don’t meet grade requirements, they cannot play in the next tournament.
Mental health awareness is also a key part of our program, fostering resilience and a positive attitude – all crucial skills for success on and off the court. We use books studies and journaling to help our athletes develop the mental skills necessary to be successful in athletics and life. The current book is Chop Wood, Carry Water.
